Once upon a time
in a world of copy-paste chaos, late nights and ‘we are pleased to submit’ energy,
The Bid Hub was born.

Hi, I’m Natalie, and I created this space for people who believe that winning work should be strategic, rewarding, and even a bit human, with less stress and jargon that’s become somewhat business as usual.

Natalie Schroeder, Founder

In the bid world for 20ish years, I’ve worked across sectors, from professional services, financial services and waste management. From tiny SMEs to sprawling corporates, I’ve seen what works (and what really doesn’t) when it comes to winning work.

I created The Bid Hub to bring a little sanity, clarity, and humanity back to the process, and because I know how powerful great bidding can be when it’s done with strategy and care.

I’m not here to sell you a one-size-fits-all system. I’m here to help you think differently, write better, and build something that actually works—for you, your team, or your business.

What else?

  • Superpower: editing jargon into winning prose

  • Pet peeve: waffly content that has little meaning and value

  • Secret shame: 70s yacht rock.

Why we’re here

Our mission is to help people and organisations win contracts more easily, fairly, and with a more human approach.

We support:

  • Bid pros who want to do smarter, more strategic work

  • Small businesses who want to stop guessing and start winning, on their own terms

  • Organisations ready to stop treating bids like admin and start seeing them as strategy.
